Mental Welling Support Programme
‘Wellness’ and ‘Wellbeing’ are buzz words of the 21st century, but what do they really mean to us all as we go about our daily lives? The truth is, they mean everything. Without them, we struggle to get through our days, we struggle to engage and interact with others, to be the best version or even just a content version of ourselves.
Wellness and Wellbeing depend on our Mental Health – more buzz words. But rightly so, Mental Health is so critical and important for us all to have. Our Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing. It affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, life in general and all that it throws at us. And right now, with the COVID pandemic, it is throwing quite a bit our way!
HABIC believes that a critical Benefit for our members is to support and promote healthy wellbeing and mental health.
We were delighted to learn that our Business and Trade Members, who receive membership of ISME as part of their HABIC Membership will have access to the ISME Wellness Programme.
ISME Wellness Programme – is an Employee Assistance Programme that can be used by employers and employees, their spouse/partner and any dependent over the age of 16 who is living in the same household.
It is a 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme offering unlimited access to a 365 freephone service which is also accessible via website, app, or live chat.
The programme includes;
- 24/7 Freephone mental wellbeing support line.
- Up to 6 sessions of face-to-face counselling.
- Video/telephone counselling.
- Support across finance, legal, mediation, parenting coaching, life coaching & more.
