Leitrim CONNECT Event

Hair & Beauty Sector Gathering, Monday 28th March, 7pm The Landmark Hotel, Carrick on Shannon.

There’s no denying that the past two years have been tough mentally and emotionally for everyone. And for those managing a business, they have been challenging times. Now, as we look to the future, we realise all the more that supporting each other is critical to getting through tough times. HABIC Ireland are coming together with Image Skillnet to create a forum for businesses working within the Hair and Beauty industry in Leitrim to come together in the real world for ‘Leitrim Connect’ for what will be a welcomed change from zoom gatherings!

The ‘Leitrim Connect’ gatherings are designed to Support, Inform, Inspire and Upskill business owners within the Hair and Beauty sector based in Leitrim.

The first ‘Leitrim Connect’ event is at 7pm, next Monday 28^th March in The Landmark Hotel, Carrick-on-Shannon. Your host on the evening, is Leitrim based Margaret O’Rourke Doherty, CEO of HABIC Ireland, Network Manager of Image Skillnet and President of ISME Ireland. Image Skillnet will be there to let you know about funded up-skilling opportunities that are available specifically for the Hair and Beauty Industry. Guest speaker on the evening will be Brian Mullins Insurance Brokers, Ireland’s specialist insurance broker for beauty and holistic therapists who will answer all your insurance questions.

It’s an informal gathering,  with an open invitation to all Hair and Beauty business owners throughout Leitrim. While it will be an informative evening, it will also be a welcomed opportunity to meet with your business peers which will create a valuable local support network that will deliver benefits for all.
