Gillian Moore-Brady is the powerhouse behind multi award winning Irish cosmetics brand, Fuschia Make-Up.
Created in 2004, Fuschia opened the doors of its first colour cosmetic experience store in Scotch Hall, Drogheda in 2005.
Gaining a Bachelor’s degree in business, Gillian started her career in the male dominated sales field for a large Irish steel business where she quickly learned skills that helped her further her business ethic and driving force.
Forward thinking, Gillian always had a passion for beauty, beginning in her teens, raiding her mother’s makeup bag. While studying for her degree she worked in The Body Shop for a number of years gaining a great insight in to beauty retail and an in-depth understanding of customer needs which has shaped her business strategy for developing the Fuschia brand and store experience.
As the creative energy behind the brand, Gillian saw a gap in the market to provide a luxury beauty experience in her home town of Drogheda, leading her to set up the Fuschia brand and store experience in Scotch Hall, Drogheda. Sophisticated packaging, catwalk inspired colour spectrum and innovative formulas have let Fuschia Make-Up become a dominant force against the global colour cosmetic giants in Ireland.
Becoming the ultimate beauty pioneer, Gillian is responsible for the strategy and vision for the future as well as direct involvement in most aspects of the business including finance, corporate strategy, global business development, brand building, marketing and new product development.
