Over her years working in the beauty industry June has been involved in the supply and distribution of IPL and Microdermabrasion equipment to the beauty and medical sectors. She was also involved in the distribution of other products i.e. 24 caret gold leaf facials, Gamma PGA, false tans and skin care ranges. Many of these products have been featured on Morning AM, Off the Rails and Xpose. June is now involved in product development.
During her time distributing IPL equipment June became very involved in the training aspect of the business. Working alongside colleges and awarding bodies to help bring accredited IPL and Laser training courses to the beauty industry.
A number of years ago June was asked by NSAI to be technical expert on the new European standard for the beauty industry. She was elected chair of the NSAI Irish national mirror committee for CEN TC 409 Beauty Salon Services. This European standard is now complete and published. In her role she represented NSAI at all European meetings and chaired the Irish national mirror committee meetings. Due to her work in standards she is now chair of Standardisation for HABIC.
