Industry expert and HABIC executive, Maeve has worked tirelessly for the past two years on the development of a National Hairdressing Apprenticeship with the Hairdressing Council.
She holds a BA Degree in Education & Training, a Higher Diploma in Supervisory Management, and a City&Guilds Licentiateship in Business Management. Maeve is also a multi award winning stylist, with her most prestigious accolades the ‘OMC World Gold Lady Overall Trophy and also OMC World Best Avant Garde Stylist – both won in Moscow at the OMC World Championships.
She is now a proud OMC Ambassador, a Knight and Officer of Intercoiffure Mondial, and the Vice-President of A.I.P.P. Association of the International Professional Press. She has written and published industry books and magazines such as Irish Hairdresser Magazine and Hairdressing Career and Training. She is currently studying Broadcasting and Citizens Journalism.
