Tracy Hlukaku

Tracy Hlukaku is an up and coming hairstylist, proud owner of Traychic Designs, a mobile hairdressing company catering mainly to persons of African ethnicities. She specialises in bridal hairstyling, custom wigs and extensions. Noticing a gap in the market, Tracy decided to found her own company. Her previous experiences in the hair industry with Hairspray and Peter Marks helped her establish herself in the market. Although she has a background and experience in the field of Science (BSc and MPH in Public Health from the University College Cork), Tracy also holds a diploma in general hairdressing acquired through SOLAS and a certification in various hair extension applications through SJK Hair Extensions. The skills and knowledge acquired through these has helped her excel in her past role as an extensionist’s salon assistant. As of today, Tracy is the co-founder of the Boss Lady movement (which promotes the empowerment of women in business through collaboration and upskilling) as she continues to provide high-standard services for her brand in Ireland.
